Dear Parent,
I hope your child is settling well into Naíscoil this year and he/she is having fun, learning new information and meeting new friends. It is a lovely year for both staff, parents and children. I hope with all of the changes at present that it remains to be a lovely year for you and your child.
During the first term, the teachers and children of the Gaelscoil have been invited by Múinteoir Eilís to read to the children of the Naíscoil. We are looking forward to this and this will be a wonderful opportunity for the children to demonstrate their abilities. Múinteoir Eilís will share these activities with the Naíscoil parents through the WhatsApp Group.
The Naíscoil and Gaelscoil staff have enjoyed working together over the years to promote Irish-medium Education in Ballinascreen. This year, the Naíscoil staff and Gaelscoil staff have decided together to hold an Online Information Evening on the 14th October 2020 at 7p.m. Links will be sent out through the WhatsApp Group. We invite all the parents of the Naíscoil to join the meeting and we hope that you all attend.
The objective for this meeting will be to showcase Gaelscoil na Speiríní to parents and to discuss the benefits of sending your child to the Gaelscoil after the Naíscoil year is complete. We will answer any questions during this meeting.
