Míle buíochas le Laura Gordon as Rise NI a tháinig isteach le Clár "Worry Busters" a dhéanamh linn. 😃 Many thanks to Laura Gordon from the Rise NI Team who is a Behaviour Therapist who facilitated a "Worry Busters" programme with all of our pupils in Rang 5/6/7. The children learned about mindfulness and mediation, deep breathing, sharing fears with family and friends, practising graditude, keeping an emotions journal and maintaining a consistent sleep journal. 😃
